CHALLENGE
Design a visually captivating theme for a year-in-review communication piece that highlights the dynamic balance between reflection and aspiration, while showcasing the firm's core values of dedication and innovation. This project was a 40 page book.

RESULTS
Drawing inspiration from the firm’s blue and green palette, the 2023 Annual Report's motif combines dynamic line graphics to represent both reflection and momentum, symbolizing growth and forward progress. At its heart, a starburst design paired with the theme tagline acts as a focal point, with rays extending both backward and forward to illustrate enduring dedication and limitless potential. This theme is consistently incorporated throughout the brochure, guiding readers through a narrative of past accomplishments and future ambitions.

In addition to creating the motif, we oversaw the project’s entirety, including art direction for photography, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. A flexible typography system and an adaptable grid layout accommodate varying article lengths while seamlessly integrating custom photography. Together, these elements deliver a polished, engaging experience that encourages readers to reflect on the past and embrace the future with anticipation. The final version was available in both a print and .PDF web format.
